Facilitators: The group program will be conducted under the care of Dr. Arpita Biswas (Clinical Psychologist & Clinical Director) and Gwen S. Morgan, MA, MSW, RSW, a certified MBSR/MBCT teacher with over 20 years of clinical experience in mindfulness-based psychotherapy.

Yes, consistent attendance is important. Each session builds on the last, and missing one may disrupt your progress and affect group flow.
We understand emergencies happen. Please inform us in advance. Make-up sessions are not offered, and missed sessions are not eligible for reimbursement. Insurance receipts reflect attended sessions only.
Yes. All participants are required to sign a confidentiality agreement. What is shared in the group stays in the group. While the group setting offers shared learning, each member is expected to respect the privacy of others by not disclosing identities or shared content outside the group.
The Mindfulness Reset is facilitated by Gwen S. Morgan, MA, MSW, RSW, a Registered Social Worker with advanced training in mindfulness-based therapy. Gwen is a certified teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) through the UC San Diego Mindfulness-Based Professional Training Institute.
She brings over 20 years of clinical experience supporting individuals coping with stress, anxiety, chronic illness, trauma, and emotional dysregulation.
Yes. All participants must complete a brief intake questionnaire prior to enrollment. This helps ensure group fit, psychological safety, and readiness to participate.
Please indicate this on your intake form. While mindfulness can support mental health, we want to ensure this group is appropriate for you. Some mental health conditions may require additional support or an alternate format.
Yes. The facilitator is trained to guide the group safely, with grounding techniques and sensitivity to emotional experiences that may arise.
In most cases, yes. It’s billed as Group Psychotherapy and led by a registered clinician. You’ll receive receipts with the necessary documentation.
